How to make aluminium doors and windows
Cut off material.
Cutting, also known as “blanking”, is the first and key process in the production of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
The cutting equipment is mainly used, and the material length should be determined according to the design requirements and referring to the large sample drawings of the door and window construction, which requires accurate cutting; otherwise, the square of the door and window is difficult to guarantee, and the size error of the broken material should be controlled within the range of 2mm.
Generally speaking, the cutting of sliding doors and windows should be cut at right angles; the cutting of flat doors and windows should be cut at an angle of 45 °; other types should be cut according to the way of assembly.
Drill hole.
The frame assembly of aluminum alloy doors and windows is generally connected by screws, so whether it is the assembly of horizontal and vertical bars or the fixation of accessories, they all need to be drilled in the corresponding position.
For profile drilling, you can use a small bench drill or a handgun electric drill, the former can effectively ensure the accuracy of the drilling position because of the worktable, while the latter is easy to operate.
Before drilling, the spring line should be located on the profile according to the assembly requirements, the drilling position should be accurate, the aperture is appropriate, and the drilling should not be changed repeatedly on the surface of the profile, because once the hole is formed, it is difficult to repair.
Assembly.
According to the requirements of the construction drawing, the profiles are assembled with screws through the connectors.
There are three assembly methods of aluminum alloy doors and windows: 45 °angle butt joint, right angle butt joint and vertical butt joint.
The connection of horizontal and vertical bars is generally made of special connectors or aluminum angles, and then fixed with screws, bolts or aluminum pull nails.
The assembly quality of aluminum alloy doors and windows should comply with the following provisions: 1 there should be no obvious damage to the decorative surface of doors and windows.
Local scratches and scratches on each door and window shall not exceed the provisions in Table 1.
(2) there should be no obvious color difference on the colored surface of the adjacent components on the doors and windows.
(3) there should be no aluminum shavings, burrs, oil spots or other stains on the surface of doors and windows.
There should be no spilled adhesive at the assembly joint.
