This machine can cut the aluminum window profiles and some industrial aluminum profiles and drill, mill holes on four-side of the profiles. It’s can process some elements such as glue injection hole, pin holes, screw holes, mounting holes, laser marking, etc first, and then cut profiles at any angle between - 45 ° and +45°. If there’s no holes on top and bottom side of the profile, the profile will be unloaded; If there’s holes on top/bottom side such as handle hole, lock hole and water drainage hole, etc, the profile will be dragged to the 4-axis milling part by the manipulator. This work logical dramatically improve the machine’s work efficiency.
