1.Used for automatically crimping the four corners of aluminum window/door frames at the same time.
2.The feeding section, the crimping section and the discharging section are high-speed synchronous conveyor belts. Driven by servo motors, they can support the continuous window/door crimping.
3. The Inner positioning devices is pneumatic controlled. They’ll be under the worktable to ensure the smooth and fast moving of the frameworks.
4. The 2 corner knives of each crimping head are driven by ball screws, ensuring the synchronicity.
5. Crimping torque is controlled by servo system, ensuring the accuracy of crimping depth.
6. The ball screws are driven by 17 servo motors; the conveyor belts are driven by 6 stepping motors
7. Good automation and high moving accuracy.
8. The industrial control computer and the data interaction technology make it possible for the machine to support upstream and downstream equipment such as cutting centers and cutting & machining centers, etc.
