The fault of the feeding motion system (ball screw pair) of window and door processing equipment usually consists of poor lubrication and noise of ball screw pair. Check whether the oil separator or oil pipe is blocked and ball screw is well lubricated, whether ball screw is damaged, whether the coupling between servo motor and lead screw (or reducer of servo motor and lead screw) is loose, etc.

When we encounter the structural failure of the above  equipment, the above proposed inspection scheme could be used. Finding the problem and solving it is the right way to deal with it.
